Privacy notice.

Data processed. What you send through the contact form, the newsletter and an order: name, email, phone, city, delivery address, the content of your message. The cart stays in your browser and is not transmitted until you send the order.
Purposes and legal basis. Answering requests and fulfilling orders (performance of a contract); sending the newsletter only with your consent, revocable at any time; meeting tax and accounting obligations.
Retention. Order data for ten years, as tax law requires; contact requests for twelve months; the newsletter until consent is withdrawn. to be confirmed
Recipients. The courier for delivery, the payment provider, the accountant. No data is sold to third parties.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to the Italian data protection authority. Write to info@amarasico.it.
