Terms of sale.
The general terms applied to orders placed on this website.
Seller. AMARASICO srl, registered office at Via Foppetto 108, 24030 Almenno San Bartolomeo (BG), Italy, VAT and Bergamo company register 04602890164, share capital €10,000 fully paid. Operating address: Via Lemen 2, 24031 Almenno San Salvatore (BG).
Orders. An order is concluded with the confirmation email. Prices are in euros, VAT included, shipping excluded unless stated.
Payments. Advance bank transfer or credit card through PayPal's secure server. Cash on delivery is reserved for authorised resellers, with a €7 surcharge.
Shipping. €7 in Italy, €9 to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia; free over €70 (€2 for the islands and Calabria). Courier delivery in 1 to 2 working days from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
Right of withdrawal. You may return any product within 14 days of delivery, intact in its packaging and unused. The refund covers the product, not the shipping costs and fees; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Warranty. PET and HDPE bottles may warp in excessive heat: this is not considered a product defect.
Jurisdiction. Disputes fall under the consumer's court of residence, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code. to be confirmed
